As we know the need of the day is professionally qualified and skilled managers to face the corporate challenges. And for this we need to provide world class education and training in management institutes. We, at Haryana Engineering College, aim at providing conducive and congenial environment to enhance the learners' internal and external abilities and equipping them with latest management theories, techniques and methods to increase their employability anywhere around the globe.

Master of Business Administration, a two year full time programme and Bachelor of Business Administration a three year full time programme are functioning with intake of 60 students. We follow and practically use all the modern techniques like Extempore speech, Business Plan and Game, Case studies, Mock interviews, Group discussions, Seminars & Presentations to make the studies more practical and realistic. Our major emphasis is on the industry inter­face, project studies, guest lectures, interaction with experts and industrial visits. Knowledge imparted in MBA & BBA programmes extend out in developing managerial skills for candidates. These skills provide the essentials for dealing with real-time situations pertaining to management and resolution of problems.  Both the programmes provide an added advantage for students from non-business backgrounds. By getting the degrees, one can increase one's practical knowledge in the field of business administration. Most of the business schools recognize Business Administration as a prestigious professional degree.
