About Trust

Haryana Engineering College owe its existence to a group of professionals dedicated to promote and development of technical education in Haryana under  Mata Sudershan Tilak Raj Dhawan Educational Trust, A-1, Tribune Colony, Ambala Cantt. in 1998 with aim to excel in providing qualified engineers. HEC started its journey under Kurukshetra University with 60 seats each in B.Tech – CSE, ECE & ICE and at present, spread to 936 seats in various disciplines of B.Tech, M.Tech & BBA, MBA. Since passing of 1st batch in 2002, HEC students have created a niche positions in the industry of their employment and also as an entrepreneur.

HEC always laze emphasis on holistic education and an all-round growth of the students. It, therefore, motivates and encourages the students to participate in multi furious activities. There are different forums and societies in the college which continually conduct various extra-curricular, cultural, social and adventurous events.
